Brighton townhomes now selling from the $119,950s in Summerwood
Brighton Homes is now offering low-maintenance townhomes priced
from $119,950 in Summerwood, and buyers who contract to purchase a
new townhome in this wooded community by June 30, 2010 will receive
a free washer, dryer, refrigerator and two-inch blinds on all
operable windows.
Brighton plans to open its decorated townhome models in Summerwood
in July, and pre-opening sales information is available by visiting
Brighton's new single-family model in the Summerwood Model Home
Village.
Brighton currently offers three two-story townhome plans, all
featuring two-car garages and Energy Star features such as 14 SEER
air conditioning systems and double-paned windows.
Prices start at $119,950 for the Amarillo, a three-bedroom
townhome with 1,652 square feet. Highlights include a family room,
dining room, a two-story foyer and a covered back porch. The
Amarillo has 2-½ baths, including a master bath with a walk-in
closet.
The Fort Worth offers four bedrooms in a 1,932-square-foot plan
priced from $129,950. The master suite has two walk-in closets, and
other noteworthy features include 2-½ baths, and a covered back
porch.
A townhome plan with a downstairs master suite is also
offered.
Brighton's townhomes are conveniently located near the main entry
of this 1,500-acre community and are within walking distance to a
brand new H-E-B store planned to open in Fall, 2010. A
