Location, location, location has helped make Summerwood one of Houston's most enduringly popular master-planned communities. One of the few Houston communities located along Beltway 8 (Sam Houston Parkway), Summerwood offers a heavily wooded environment that makes it hard to imagine you are so close to Downtown Houston.
